The consultation
A talk first, no facial
Twenty minutes with Caitlin, with a parent or guardian beside your teen. It is a good first step if your teen would rather talk before lying down.
What they use now
The products at home, in what order and how often. Bring them, or a photo.
How skin behaves
What it does after washing, in the afternoon, in a dry week.
What your teen wants to ask
Anything at all. There are no wrong questions, and Caitlin answers in plain words.
What you want to know
Age, who stays, what a facial involves, what it doesn't. Ask Caitlin directly.
A look in the room
Your teen sees the bed, the lamp and the towels before deciding whether to come back.
A card to take home
If your teen wants one, Caitlin writes a short routine, in order.

Consultation questions
Does the consultation include a facial?
No. It is a talk and a look around the room. If your teen wants a facial afterward, you can book one for another day.
Does my teen have to decide that day?
No. Many families go home, think about it and book later.
Does the consultation take a deposit?
No. A deposit holds a facial, not the consultation.
Book a first facial
A parent or guardian can choose a time on Caitlin's booking page, or send a question first.
