Our policies

Caitlin sees clients from age 13. A parent or guardian books the visit, signs for it and stays in the room for a first facial, from the first question to the last. After that, your teen and you decide together whether you stay, and Caitlin asks both of you at booking. Younger than 13? Call first. A friend can wait in the front room.

Book online at any hour, or call. A deposit holds a facial and goes toward it; the consultation takes none. Caitlin confirms by text or email, whichever you choose.

Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit. Arriving late may shorten the facial, because the time after it is held for someone else.

If a visit is missed without a word, the deposit is kept. Caitlin is glad to rebook, and asks for a deposit again on the next visit.

Caitlin tries a new product on a small area first and waits before using it on the whole face. Tell her about sensitivities at booking, on the booking page. Reactions can happen with any skin product; if one does, tell Caitlin and she will change the plan.

Caitlin tells you at booking what your teen should skip beforehand, such as scrubs or strong exfoliating products. Come five or ten minutes early, with hair off the face if you can and any products your teen uses now.

If your teen uses a prescription skin medicine, has a skin condition a doctor is managing, or you are unsure about a product, ask your doctor before you book. Caitlin may also suggest a dermatologist or your doctor if she sees something she would not want to work on.

If a visit didn't go the way you expected, tell us within a week and we'll look at it together. Caitlin adjusts the plan at the next visit.

Tips are welcome and never expected. A parent or guardian can add one when paying.
