Your first visit

What happens, in order

About an hour at the studio. The facial is 45 minutes of it.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

A parent or guardian books on the booking page or by phone. The consultation takes no deposit; a facial takes one that goes toward it.

  2. 02

    Step 2: What to bring

The products your teen uses now, or a photo of them, and questions from both of you.

    • Your teen's own products, or a photo

    • Questions from your teen and from you

  3. 03

    Step 3: What to expect

The talk, then the facial. Caitlin names each step before she does it, your teen can say stop at any time, and you stay in the room.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Afterward

A routine on a card, in order, and a minute to go over it with both of you.

The studio

One room, and a place to sit

Mist is a single treatment room with a sink, a shelf of towels and a window, and a small counter at the entry. A parent or guardian sits beside the bed, or in a chair by the window, whichever your teen prefers.

Finding it

  • Parking is behind the building, off Santa Fe Street

  • The entrance at the side is level, with no steps

  • A friend or sibling can wait at the entry

The entry: a pale wood counter beside a window, with shelves of folded towels on the wall behind

Book a first facial

A parent or guardian can choose a time on Caitlin's booking page, or send a question first.
